Sibel Restaurant Grillhouse Bar

We made a reservation for a Saturday dinner to enjoy the incredible food and live music and we were not let down! The decoration is very chic and pleasant for the eyes. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was packed with customers enjoying their food and drinks. They have a full bar offering great options for cocktails, liquor, wine and beer. We tried two of their specials: Sultans Special and Hazelnut White; both tasted great. Every table is offered complimentary freshly baked pit with cold appetizers (hummus, butter and feta cheese). We also ordered Mix Cold Mezze Plate (Beet Mutabbal, Turkish Baba Ganoush, Fatteh). The appetizers wefresh and delicious. For main, we ordered “Fillet Carnival Kebab” and “Saffron Shrimp Kebab”. Both veal and chi ken fillets were perfectly marinated and charcoal grilled. The saffron had added a great taste to the grilled shrimp, too. If you’re visiting over the weekend, I’d recommend making reservations in advance to guarantee your table.

We experienced the Turkish breakfast and everything was incredibly delicious! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the interior design was very elegant and every detail was thoughtfully chosen. The food was beautifully presented, and the staff were kind and attentive. It also offers great value for money. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I chose this Turkish restaurant for dinner based on the recommendation of two of my friends, and I truly enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was great, we enjoyed the live music, and the food was very fresh and delicious with beautiful presentation. The appetizers were very diverse, and the Turkish desserts were absolutely delightful. Highly recommended

We had dinner here during the week. It was lively, but not too busy, with plenty of available tables. The decor is first class. I felt like I was in an upscale, modern dining lounge at a boutique hotel. The kitchen is behind glass, so you can clearly see everything. The bar is a work of art. Even the washrooms are luxurious. We started with a complimentary large laffa pita served with hummus, crumbled white cheese, butter, parsley, mint and radish. The pita was initially the shape and size of a basketball, filled with air. It was fun to “deflate” it and then dig in. We then had the arugula & cheese salad, which was served quickly and was very fresh and very delicious. For the main courses, we enjoyed the grilled chicken and chicken fillet kebab dinners. Again, they were both fantastically delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the accompanying bulgur, rice and grilled vegetables were extremely tasty. The portions were massive, as you can tell from the photos. My guest had to take half of her dinner home. The service was excellent. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. My only minor complaint is that it was a bit noisy at times. But this is more than made up for by the fantastic food, ambience and service. This is one of the finest restaurants I have eaten at - a nice break from the mundane chains.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sibel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The food was flavorful and true to its Turkish roots, with every dish prepared thoughtfully and presented beautifully. While I did find the portion sizes a bit modest for the price, the quality and taste more than made up for it. What truly stood out, though, was the service. The team went above and beyond to make our visit special by helping us celebrate a birthday. They played a birthday song, adding a thoughtful and personal touch that made the moment feel extra meaningful.

This Turkish restaurant is a true gem! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. Food was absolutely delicious,every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. the baklava and ice cream was the perfect sweet ending. You can really taste the authenticity and care in every bite. service was attentive & friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to anyone who loves great food and a cozy, authentic Turkish dining experience!

Really liked this place - the food, atmosphere, service. What was a bit surprising is that it was empty on a Friday night around 9pm. We were literally the only couple sitting there which is good on one hand but a bit awkward too. We didn’t really understand why because the place is pretty good, they even had someone singing live which definitely added to the experience. Also, considering the place was empty we didn’t really get why we were seated at the smallest table and had to struggle fitting in the places with things we ordered - but that’s ok. The food was great - good quality, fresh and delicious. They also seem to have a spacious patio which was closed that time.
